The Council hereby authorizes and directs the Governor, or his tribal organization designee, San Ildefonso Services LLC, to take such actions as deemed necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution which is to apply for the funds and execute the project and to submit any additional documents, including statements and certification for and in behalf of the Pueblo necessary to fill any funding requirements or to fulfill the purposes of this act.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
