That as a Manager, Martin Lovato shall provide a signed certification consistent with Section 9 of the Fourth Amended Operating Agreement stating that he has read the Fourth Amended Operating Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms in discharging his duties as a Manager.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
