Any taxpayer who has been assessed taxes by the Tax Office or who is required to remit taxes pursuant to this Act and does not make timely payment and does not protest the assessment or demand for payment as provided in this Act, shall be considered a delinquent taxpayer.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
