No law suit for the purpose of restraining the assessment or collection of the taxes imposed under this Act shall be maintained in any court by any person, whether or not such person is the person against whom such taxes were assessed. All actions concerning the application of the Act shall be brought pursuant to Section 1.19.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
