Whenever necessary to secure the payment of any taxes due or reasonably expected to become due, the Tax Office is authorized to require the taxpayer to furnish an acceptable surety bond in an appropriate amount. The Tax Office shall set forth the terms and conditions for such a surety.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
