(a) The rate of the tax shall be 7.0 %. (b) The rate established in subsection A. above may be adjusted by the Council as deemed necessary and to be effective as of January 1 or July 1 to correspond to the periods for amendments pursuant to the Cooperative Tax Agreement with the State of New Mexico Department of Taxation and Revenue.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
