This Chapter applies to all persons selling cigarettes or tobacco products in any quantity within Pueblo lands; provided that nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as regulating in any way, the use, consumption, trading, sale or giving away of traditional tobacco within Pueblo lands.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
