Any person found selling cigarettes or tobacco products on Pueblo Lands without a valid Cigarette Vendor License shall be subject to confiscation of all cigarettes and/or tobacco products found in their possession or custody. The Tax Office shall seize and sell all such cigarettes and tobacco products, using the proceeds to collect the Cigarette Tax due.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
