The purpose of this Act is to confirm that the Pueblo de San Ildefonso does not need to be a party in the lawsuit between the Pueblo of Jemez and the United States regarding the Jemez Pueblo's aboriginal title in the Valles Caldera and that the lawsuit can proceed without San Ildefonso Pueblo's participation.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
