(a) The Council delegates the Pueblo's authority to the SFIS, Inc. Board of Trustees to the educational and operational functions of the SFIS. (b) This delegation of educational authority does not extend to a change in the educational or organizational structure of the SFIS, or amendment of the Santa Fe Indian School Act.
