21.1.1.010 Jurisdiction

(a) When a member of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso or any other person residing in the jurisdiction of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso dies intestate, the heirs of the decedent, the claims of the creditors, and the distribution of the estate shall be determined by the San Ildefonso Trial Court under this Code. The jurisdiction of the Court in such cases covers all of the decedent's property that is located anywhere within the territorial jurisdiction of the Trial Court except property and funds which are restricted or held in trust by the Federal Government. All proceedings under the Probate Code shall be conducted under the Riles of Civil Procedure of this Code.
