(a) The provisions of this Act are to be liberally construed to effectuate the intent, findings, and purposes set forth in Sections 24.10.1.020 and 24.10.1.030 of this Act, but not to conflict with applicable federal law and regulations. (b) Nothing contained in this Act is to be construed to diminish, limit, or otherwise adversely affect any right or remedy otherwise held or available to the Pueblo or its members under other applicable law.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
