(a) Upon receipt of information indicating a trespass, the Realty Officer shall investigate to determine whether a trespass has occurred. (b) If the Realty Officer's investigation reveals a trespass, the Realty Officer shall, after notifying the Governor, proceed in accordance with Section 24.10.1.120 of this Act.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
