If any provision of this Act as enacted, or as later amended, or its application to any person or circumstance, is held invalid by a final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, then the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Act are severable.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
