(a) "Acquisition" means the act of becoming owner of certain real property in the name of the Pueblo. (b) "Council" means the Pueblo de San Ildefonso Council, the duly constituted legislative body acting for the Pueblo. (c) "Governor" means the Governor of the Pueblo de San Ildefonso or his or her designee. (d) "Real Property" means land, and generally whatever is erected or growing or affixed to land. (e) "Pueblo" means the Pueblo de San Ildefonso.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
