That the signed deeds are to be held by attorney Peter Chestnut until Santa Clara Pueblo (1) provides a check in the amount of at least $102,738.85, and (3) provides to the Pueblo a grant of easement at no cost through Santa Clara Pueblo and the so-called Northern Tier Lands which the Forest Service is selling to Santa Clara Pueblo as part of the transactions authorized by the Public Law 109-286, so that Pueblo members can reach the Settlement Area Lands from the North.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
