(a) Adam Trubow, the owner of a parcel of fee simple property within the Pueblo's exterior boundaries, approached the Pueblo with an offer to sell. (b) The property consisting of approximately .92 acres is located at 4 Pajarito Loop, as shown on the attached Boundary Survey, and is offered for sale for $40,000.
