The right of way and lease agreement with JMEC shall include a clause under which JMEC shall pay the remaining amount of trespass damages of $526,024 spread over 2012, 2013, and 2014 before it is eligible to exercise its option to terminate the right of way and lease agreement after three (3) years.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
