Upon payment of the Land Use Application Fee, Verde is hereby authorized to enter onto Pueblo land, for the purpose of conducting a land survey, for the development of a proposed alternate route for the Verde Project, provided that all such activities shall be carried out in conjunction with all appropriate Pueblo de Ildefonso tribal representative when present on Pueblo de San Ildefonso lands.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
