The Pueblo de San Ildefonso Council hereby directs that: (a) The Governor negotiate terms to stipulated agreement that reflect the amended terms of the right of way agreement in order to effectuate a lower electric rate increase amount. (b) Negotiate such other terms as necessary to carry out the intent of this Resolution; provided that any finally negotiated Stipulation Agreement must be brought back before the Council for final approval and authorization.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
