The Pueblo de San Ildefonso Council hereby directs that: (a) The Governor, or his designee, is authorized to sign the Stipulation agreement in PRC Case No. 13-00202-UT that reflects the amended terms of the right of way agreement as authorized in Council Resolution No. SI-R14-006 in order to effectuate a lower electric rate increase amount. (b) The signature and filing of the Stipulation with the PRC on March 10, 2014 is hereby ratified and approved.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
