The purpose of this Act is to acknowledge receipt of the boundary survey prepared by surveyor Larry Medrano of Precision Surveys, Inc. ("Medrano Boundary Survey") and authorize the Governor to direct the recording or filing of the survey with such appropriate entities as deemed necessary by the Governor to protect the property interests of the Pueblo de San Ildefonso ("Pueblo").Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
