Any person may appeal a decision or recommendation of the Tribal Court to the Traffic Safety Commission by filing notice with the Commission ten (10) days specifying the grounds upon which the appeal is based. If the notice of appeal is accepted, the Commission will set a hearing within ten (10) days on the appeal, giving notice to the appropriate parties.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
