25.1.3.010 Operators and Chauffeurs Must Be Licensed

(a) No person shall drive any motor vehicle upon a highway on the Reservation unless he/she has a valid license as an operator or chauffeur under the provisions of the Pueblo or of any state or nation (including other Indian tribes) motor vehicle code.

(b) No person shall drive a motor vehicle upon a highway on this Reservation as a chauffeur unless he holds a valid chauffeur's license.

(c) All licensed drivers who are authorized to drive a motor vehicle shall be permitted to drive within the boundaries of the Reservation, unless the license has been suspended by the Commission or the tribal Court.
