25.1.8.350 Vehicles Without or in Unsafe Condition

(a) No person shall drive or move on any highway any motor vehicle, trailer, semi-trailer, or pole trailer, or any combination thereof unless the equipment upon and every said vehicle is in good working order and adjustment as required in this Act and said vehicle is in such safe mechanical condition as not to endanger the driver or other occupant or nay person upon the highway.

(b) Before any used house trailer shall be registered fo the first time in this state, application shall be made to the stat police, or to such person or persons as may be designated by the Judge, for an inspection of such used house trailer, for compliance with the provisions of Section 66-3-812, 66-3-813, and 66-3-840.
