25.1.9.120 Reckless Driving

(a) Any person who drive any vehicle carelessly and heedlessly in willfully or wanton disregard of the rights or safety of other and without due caution and circumspection and at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property is guilty of reckless driving.

(b) For every violation of this section, the violator shall Pay a penalty assessment.

(c) Upon conviction of violation of this section, the Tribal Court may suspend the license of permit to drive and any non-resident operating privilege for not to exceed ninety (90) days and notify the State Department of Motor Vehicles.
