The purpose of this Act is to authorize the Lieutenant Governor, on behalf of the Council, to enter into contracts, as specifically authorized by the Council, with professional advisors, consultants, and others necessary to fulfill the Council's duties to write laws and prepare budgets for the benefit of the People of the Pueblo, subject to the appropriation of funds for such purposes.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
