(a) The Judicial Power of the people of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso shall be vested in the Tribal Judiciary of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso and shall extend to all cases and controversies in law and equity arising under the duly enacted laws of the Council of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso under the provisions as set forth by the San Ildefonso Pueblo Tribal Council and on the traditions and customs of San Ildefonso Pueblo.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
