(a) For purposes of this Code, and Indian shall be defined as the following: (1) An enrolled member of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso. (2) An enrolled member of any federally recognized tribe in this United States and its territories; and (3) Any resident of the Pueblo who is considered an Indian by the traditions, customs, culture and mores of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
