(a) Every Judge of Courts of the Pueblo of San Ildefonso shall have the power to issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses either on his own motion or any parties to the case. (b) Service of subpoenas shall be by any qualified member of the Law Enforcement staff or other officer of the Court or by any person appointed by the Court for that purpose.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
