(a) A pre-trial conference as provided herein shall be held in all criminal cases in which the defendant agrees to participate, testify or otherwise cooperate, once the case is at issue by virtue of the defendant entering a plea of not guilty and request for jury to a complaint.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
