(a) All cases not settled either in whole or in part at the pre-trial conference shall be scheduled for trial and a trial held before a Judge, other than the Judge conducting the pre-trial conference, as if no such pre-trial conference had been held, except that any pre-trial order agreed to by the parties prior t to the trial shall be controlling at the trial.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
