If the defendant enters a plea of not guilty, the Court shall set a date for trial, which shall be at least ten (10) days but not more than ninety (90) days from the date of arraignment, unless the court finds good cause pursuant to a written order to provide a further extension of the trial date, but in no case shall the trial date extend beyond one year from the date of arraignment.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
