After the Election Commission has certified the results of the election and the winners are announced, and any challenges are finally decided, a Justice or Judge shall administer the oath of office on January 2 at a location within the Pueblo's lands. An Acknowledgement of the Oath of Office form shall be signed by the candidate, Justice or Judge and the Commission Chair and retained by the Commission.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
