(a) The voting age for any election shall be set in accordance with Section 1, Voting of the Agreement which states:
ELECTIONS AND VOTING. SECTION 1. VOTING. All enrolled Members of the eighteen years of age or older shall have the right to vote.
(b) Any voter who will turn age eighteen (18) by or on the date of the Primary Election shall be eligible to vote. For the First Election, the cut-off date for age eligibility shall be the date of the First Election.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
