The Election Commission or Bailiff shall keep the peace and protect the voting place by preventing disturbances at the polling place and interference with persons desiring to vote. This includes the authority to remove unruly or uncooperative persons from the polling place or from within the fifty (50) foot limit.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
