The Council hereby finds and declares that: (a) Congress passed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 which authorizes funds to our Pueblo (and others); and (b) These funds will be in the form of an addition to our Aid To Tribal Government Program (ATTG) and a new contract for Housing (BIA housing – HIP); and (c) The ARP plan requires a resolution from the Pueblo to access these funds.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
