(a) The Council hereby authorizes the Governor, or his tribal organization designee, San Ildefonso Services LLC, to submit a grant application. (b) The Governor, or his tribal organization designee, San Ildefonso Services LLC, is authorized to submit any additional documents, including statements and certification for and in behalf of the Pueblo necessary to fill any funding requirement or to fulfill the purposes of this act.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
