The purpose of this Act is to authorize and direct the Governor of the Pueblo to negotiate a contract with a portfolio monitoring company with specialized experience to monitor the Pueblo's trust fund accounts and investigate any potential claims involving investment of the Pueblo's trust accounts.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
