The Pueblo de San Ildefonso Tribal Council hereby approves grants a limited waiver of the Pueblo's sovereign immunity pursuant to the section SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY within the Pueblo's governing Agreement for the sole purpose of arbitration of any claims brought under and in accordance with the terms of the brokerage agreement.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
