Any person who shall knowingly manufacture, sell or keep or offer for sale any food, drug or drink, in the making of which any harmful or foreign substance is used, shall be guilty of the offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed three (3) months or to pay a fine not to exceed $300.00 or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
