Any person who shall willfully, by an action or omission, willfully encourage or contribute to the delinquency of a child (under eighteen (18) years of age) as specified in the Children's Code, shall be guilty of the offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed three (3) months or to pay a fine not to exceed $300.00 or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
