Any person who shall willfully and knowingly destroy or withhold any evidence that could be used in trial of a case with intent to prevent same from being used, shall be guilty of the offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days or to pay a fine not to exceed $200.00 or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
