Any person who shall, having lawful custody of property not his own, appropriate the same to his own use with intent to deprive the owner thereof shall be guilty of the offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed six (6) months or to pay a fine not to exceed $500.00 or both, with costs, and to make such restitution as may be required by order of the Court.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
