Any person who knowingly cause a false alarm of fire or other emergency to be transmitted to any organization, official, or volunteer having responsibility for dealing with emergencies involving danger to life and property, shall be deemed guilty of the offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed fifteen (15) days or to pay a fine not to exceed $50.00 or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
