Any person who willfully and knowingly shall flee from the Pueblo of San Ildefonso or the jurisdiction of the Trial Court to avoid prosecution or to avoid giving testimony in a case pending before the Tribal Court shall be deemed guilty of the offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days or to pay a fine not to exceed $60.00 or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
