Any person who shall by willful misrepresentation or deceit or by falsely interpreting or by the use of false weights or measures, obtains any money or any other property or thing of value which belongs to another shall be guilty of fraud and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed three (3) months or to pay a fine not to exceed $300.00 or both, with costs, and may be required by order of the Court to make proper restitution.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
