Any person who shall, without proper authority, use or misuse any public property shall be deemed guilty of the offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days or to pay a fine not to exceed $150.00 or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
