Any person who shall act in such a manner, or permit his property to fall into such condition as to make, injure, or endanger the safe health, comfort, or property of his neighbors, the reputation and dignity of the pueblo, shall be deemed guilty of the offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days or to pay a fine not to exceed $100.00, or both, with costs.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
