Any person who recklessly engages in conduct which places or may place another person in danger of death or bodily injury shall be guilty of the offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to confinement for a period not to exceed three (3) months or to pay a fine not to exceed $300.00 or both, with costs, and may be required to furnish a satisfactory peace bond for one (1) year.Pueblo de San Ildefonso Code.
